How to Order

We made sure that ordering your natural essentials is as easy as chatting with a friend.

Simply visit our Shop page and select the product you would like to order. Add desired quantity and click add to cart. Do the same to all the products you would like to shop. Confirm the items in your cart and proceed to easy checkout.

If you're coming from our Facebook Messenger, from the Main Menu, click Products under Shop and select the item's you would like to order. You will be asked to provide the order quantity and information necessary to process your order. THAT'S IT!

We will then send you an Order Confirmation Email with the payment details.

Once paid, simply email us your proof of payment and we will then ship out your order and notify you.

We will be as giddy as you are waiting for your order to arrive!



We currently offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash On Delivery - Applicable nationwide orders. Minimum COD fee of Php50 on top of total order amount and shipping fee will be collected.
  • Bank Deposit - Currently accepting BPI, BDO, Metrobank deposits. Bank details will be sent after submitting order.
  • PayPal Express Checkout - Conveniently complete order and payment process by clicking the PayPal button in your Cart page. PayPal fees apply.



We currently offer the following shipping methods:

  • Regular Shipping - Metro Manila - 3 to 5 business days - Up to 1.0 kg - Php80
  • Cash On Delivery - Metro Manila - 3 to 5 business days -  (Shipping Fee + P50 Courier Service Charge) - Up  to 1.0 kg - ₱130.00
  • Regular Shipping - Provincial - 5 to 7 business days - Up to 1.0 kg - Php150
  • Cash On Delivery - Provincial - 5 to 7 business days - (Shipping Fee + P150 Courier Service Charge) - Up to 1.0 kg - ₱300.00
  • International Shipping - 10 to 15 business days - (contact for calculated amount)

Currently shipping orders via Cliqnship for domestic deliveries and TNT or EMS for international orders.


Tracking Order

Returns & Exchange

Since our products are for either food grade and for oral hygiene, we currently do not accept returns and exchanges to ensure the best and cleanest state of our stocks.
